I use a combination of deep tissue therapy to target chronic pain areas and release any tension build up that may reside in the body, as well as incorporating swedish relaxation techniques to activate relaxation on a nervous system level leaving that light, on cloud 9 feeling at the end of the session. 

Manual lymphatic drainage is used to assist the body in releasing toxins, reduce swelling and bloating, and relax the nervous system. Post surgical lymphatic drainage helps reduce pain and  swelling, while also breaking down any scar tissue or fibrosis build up using cupping or scraping techniques if necessary. 

This technique is specifically used to directly influence the nervous system. Through the releasing of trapped energy and emotions in the muscles, it promotes self regulation and healing of the emotional and physical body. 

I am partnered up with Comfrey Therapeutic Massage to offer couples massage in office or in the comfort of your own home. This can include any of the types of services listed as well as any add ons.
