If you need to cancel an appointment you must message me at least 24 HOURS before your appointment. If there is no case of emergency or illness and you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up I reserve the right to charge 100% of the service fee.
If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours and there is no case of emergency or illness I reserve the right to charge 50% of the service fee.

My system is set to send an email and text reminder the day before your appointment to allow you to cancel or reschedule without penalty. 

You agree to be financially responsible for all charges.
Payment is expected in full at the end of each session.
A current credit card will be held on file at all times and required upon booking.
No refunds.

Please note that if you are running late to your appointment to please message me to let me know. If you are running 20 minutes late it will be an automatic cancel. If you are late to your appointment, cancelled or not, it will still be a full charge for the session booked.
